Birthday Party 2023

Please read the rules & guidance we need to have to help make the event run smoothly. The Booking Form is below the rules & guidance.
  1. This Event is being run by Volunteers who have given up their own time to help you. So please listen and support them on the day, no abuse or offense directed at them or anyone in attendance will be tolerated.
  2. Parents will need to accompany their child/ren and/or young adults.
  3. If any attendees want to wear covid-19 masks and wish to social distance, we expect everyone to respect their wishes. Although no one has to wear masks or social distance with current government guidance, SEND Family Support are all inclusive and respect everyone’s choices equally.
  4. If you feel it will help, please explain any traits your child might have that can be misunderstood, so we can be prepared and able to explain if needed. You can do this by sending an email to [email protected].
  5. We are fully inclusive but we still have to take into account all attendees so if any attendee is too disruptive to the guest hosts or offensive to anyone within the the club we may consider asking the parent and or carer to leave. However we do understand that if it is a trait of their condition and will do our best to keep everyone in attendance as happy as can be, and if they are asked to leave we may accept them to future events.
  6. We will take photos of at the event. If for any reason you do not wish photos of anyone in your family to be shared please inform us on the day or email [email protected].

We may add further rules but if we do we will have signage on the day. The rules and guidance are only because we want all children and young adults that attend to enjoy as best as they can!

The main aim is to run this event to help the children & young adults with SEND to meet other children & young adults, enjoy the party that they and/or others have been invited to and help advise the SEND Families of further help and support they might require.

  • Please add the total number of children and or young adults that you are booking to attend the SEND Family Support's Birthday Party on Saturday 9th September 2023. Entry is £5 per child/young adult - under 3's and adults are free to enter.

  • After booking, all that you would like to book, you will receive an email to confirm your Pre-booking and payment methods. If you do not see this email soon after you have booked, please check your junk and spam email folders. For other ways to pay please contact us on [email protected] or call 07752169849.
